This project is living proof of how a large building can fit into a small-scale residential streetscape. This is achieved by extensive landscaping, retention of large trees within permeable landscaped setbacks and breaking the street façade down into separate forms with deep, dark reflective glass recesses. Rich use of solid natural brick and rendered, framed forms are juxtaposed at the upper level edges with fine grain lightweight screens and pergola elements.
