This former featureless, repetitive brick pier office building was given new life with facade elements in new metallic finishes transforming it to its new residential function, including feature red anodized aluminium blades. The latter recognised in the Dulux Colour Awards. The redesign included creating openings for balcony extensions. Raw galvanized metal and anodised aluminium was chosen to withstand the hardship of seaside exposure.
