Located on a large corner site, this project addresses both street frontages differently. The building expression is generally of vertical forms that break down the overall bulk to smaller, distinct elements. Metal cladding and rendered surfaces fronting the main street transition to timber and brickwork along the side street deferring to the fine grain rhythm where residential meets the streetscape.
