This modern home required careful planning to take advantage of a prime position by the bay. Open plan formal and casual living areas on the ground level made way for bedrooms upstairs with a huge glass balconied master bedroom overlooking the pool and bay. Connection to the courtyard, pool and garden was maximised with expansive glazing and bi-fold doors.
